Bridal sizing becomes frustrating for a lot of women because for the most part bridal size charts are typically about 2 sizes above a women's street size. So designers have begun to acknowledge this and that brides come in all shapes and sizes by doing two things:
1) They are adjusting patterns and designs to make them figure flattering.
2) They are also extending their size charts.
Since designers are becoming more aware of this and adjusting to it, there are also so many more design options. Some designers will offer curvy and full figured gowns that have a higher neckline and a higher back.
