We are in LOVE with this shoot and are beyond thrilled to share it! Photographer, Carla Ten Eyck, captured these stunning images at a cover shoot for Bliss Celebrations magazine. Bliss asked our creative team to shoot their 2012 cover and we jumped at the chance- particularly as the inspiration was a 1950's party theme!  We were so fortunate to work with some of the best in the industry on this project!
Candice Coppola of Jubliee Events pulled together the decor for the shoot and states her direction as follows, "We wanted to recreate the inspiration provided by Bliss with a twist (of course!) for the modern woman looking to host a grand feminine soiree. What I love most about this shoot is how versatile it isâ you can be inspired by the colors, textures, and details that our team pulled together for any kind of partyâ not just a wedding!"
Planning the fashion for this shoot was an absolute dreamâ¦what is better than frothy pink tulle?!! Channeling the 1950â²s theme, we opted to use tulle in all of our fashion looks. The first- which was the cover look- was a vintage sequined bodice frock with a delicious tulle skirt in all shades of pink. We also brought in the âDuchessâ gown and âPrimaâ  lace jacket from Ivy and Aster to continue with the idea of texture and blush hue. It wouldnât be a lady-like soiree without hats and gloves, so we enlisted the best in the industry. We incorporated gloves from Carolina Amato and lovely chapeauâs from Bijou Van Ness.
