Elegant & dramatic Black tie affair at Blithewold featuring Carolina Herrera Ansel

We were so thrilled to find our elegant and dramatic styled shoot at Blithewold featured in this year's issue of Bliss Celebrations. Blithewold Mansion has a stately feel to it which called for a classic and elegant gown. TWD Owner and Stylist Beth Chapman selected Carolina Herrera's Ansel gown, since the silk striped skirt provided a New England vibe and the beaded neckline made it perfect for a black tie affair. The gown really served as the main inspiration for the entire shoot. She also had a vision for a reception dress with feathers, and JLM Couture delivered with a gorgeous, flirty dress (a runway sample, which {sadly} never got produced!)
