We just returned from New York Bridal Fashion Week and below are our favorite Fall 2017 bridal trends: Billowy Sleeves We have seen sleeves for several seasons, but this season the trend was all about the bloussant sleeve with a little more fullness. We love when a classic stands out as a trend! bfw17-jessicahaley-45_hayleypaige

Flowy Silhouettes Soft is in!  Many designers showed soft flowy skirts, mostly paired with a lace or delicately beaded bodice. hayley-paige-flowy

High Necks & Long Sleeves A recurring silhouette across many collections was a high neck, long sleeve lace bodice. This was often created by a jacket that could be removed for the reception to reveal a sleeveless silhouette. ivyandaster-highnecklongsleeve

Two extremes:  Intricately detailed  or Clean & simple We saw two extremes this season, and often in the same collection!  Either clean and simple, or intricately detailed with embroidery or floral appliqués.  We adored both!  We love that brides have so many options. bfw17-jessicahaley-14_ines-di-santo

Bridal Capes This trend started last season and continued into this one.  We love the bridal cape.  We view it as a modern alternative to the long veil.  And who wouldnât love to wear a cape?! bfw17-jessicahaley-71_pronovias
