passporttofashion_blog I was inspired by Lover.ly to create a fashion inspiration board influenced by my fantasy wedding location. I have been so fortunate to style shoots all over the world, so to choose only one location was very daunting to me! So many of the locations I have visited are inspiring, and there are so many others that I still long to visit! To help me select a location, I decided to turn to my followers on social media for assistance. When asked if they could choose anywhere in the world to get married, the overwhelming responses were either Europe or a tropical location. I, too, have a passion for Europe and recalled a stunning image taken by my friends, Justin and Mary Marantz, during a trip to Provence last year. The image of the stone castle and breathtaking fields of lavender were the inspiration for my fashion selections. The location screams romance, so my fashion choices have the same aesthetic. The wedding gown from Chaviano Couture has a subtle hand-painted skirt and a very soft pink tulle overlay. The softly draped bodice is accented with delicate Chantilly lace cap sleeves. For accessories, I selected gold earrings and a headpiece with a blush and champagne crystals from Haute Bride. The waistline of the gown is accented with a blush sash with the same crystal motif as the accessories. I love how the blush pink plays beautifully off of the lavender fields.
