We may have a had a bit of winter weather earlier this week but this morning the sun is shinning and it feels like spring has finally sprung! We chose this image as Picture of the Week' to celebrate the new season- stylist and boutique owner, Beth Champan choose, to pair this gorgeous custom tulle skirt with a teal sparkly shell from Tova's Vintage shop to create a look that truly says 'Spring'!
