With the current health situation, our appointments and our pre-appointment process are looking a little bit different. You can learn more about our appointment health and protocols currently here.
Before your bridal appointment, we will have a phone conversation with the bride to discuss what you are looking for. Once you schedule an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email that will provide you with a link to your personal online portal. This portal will allow you to see your upcoming appointments, register your maids for a future bridesmaids appointment, and track the status of anything you order from us. You will also gain access to our Lookbook on your portal, as well. Your Lookbook is a sneak peek into our bridal collections

Inside your Lookbook:
Each gown has a unique page, once you click on it, where you can make comments on each gown that you favorite!
In addition to our Lookbook, we will also be sending you an email with a Google Forum for a Pre-Appointment Questionnaire. As we are looking to provide as many touchless options as possible for our clients, this Questionnaire takes the place of our Client Profile that you would normally fill out while here for your appointment.
We ask that you fill out your Lookbook and Pre-appointment Questionnaire prior to joining us for your appointment! This information will allow your stylist to become familiar with the details of your wedding and your personal style prior your visit. They will also use this information to select a collection of gorgeous options for you to try on and have them waiting in your bridal suite when you arrive for your appointment!
