Appointments submitted here are a request, and we will contact you to confirm your appointment’s day and time after reviewing our schedule. Our appointments are 90 minutes in length, starting from the time we open until 90 minutes prior to when we closed. See below for store hours.

When you submit an appointment request for a Classic Bridal Experience, you will be charged a $50 reservation fee. It will be credited back if you purchase your gown during your first Classic Bridal Experience.
To reserve a Bridesmaids Soirée, White Carpet Experience, or Unforgettable Experience, we kindly ask that you ring us at 860.669.4596 or email all inquiries to our Events Coordinator at orders@thewhitedressbytheshore.com. At least 3 weeks notice is required for booking.
Our guest count is limited to 4 for bridal appointments (with the exception of Palm Suite {5 guests} and White Carpet Appointments {7 guests}. We look forward to meeting you!
