Once your cleaning and preservation is paid for, anyone may drop off or pick up your gown on your behalf. You can bring your gown and veil (if applicable) to our boutique during store hours. We kindly ask that you let us know when you plan to come so we can ensure staff is available to assist you. Please note we are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Turnaround time is approximately 2 to 4 months, depending on the time of year. Once your preservation box comes back, we will give you a call to schedule a time for pick-up.
