You’ve selected some gowns you’d love to try at home, now complete step 2!   Please complete the form below.  I agree to return the gowns to The White Dress by the shore by the specified date.   I will refer to the Try On Guidelines that will be sent in the box with the gowns.

I also understand the following: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. If stylist assistance is needed, you are welcome to connect with one of our stylists via phone for fit or styling advice during our store hours. TWD at Home Service is only available in the United States. Additional fees for Alaska and Hawaii will apply. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Tracking will be sent upon shipment, so you will know when to expect delivery. If delivery is required by a specific date, rush fees will apply. All gown(s) will be sent signature required. The shipment must be sent to an address where it can be signed for. If the gown(s) are not returned by the specified date (5 days from arrival date), the card on file will be charged the full retail value for the gowns. If the returned gown(s) are soiled while trying on and are not returned in the condition in which they were sent, a $295 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file. We recommend trying on the gowns with clean hands, a make-up free face, and stepping into gowns when putting them on. The White Dress by the Shore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrived damaged, you are required to contact The White Dress by the Shore on the day of delivery. Please include photos of the original box, and its contents. I authorize The White Dress by the Shore to charge my card for the TWD at Home Service and for the gown I select, should I find "the one!" If I find my gown, I understand that I am purchasing a ready to wed dress and I agree to the condition as is, unless I decide to have the gown cleaned for $295.
